1st "pressing" - approx. 50 copies 'Denver Edition', Fatal Mistake Vol.III', hand-manufactured for Fatal Mistake III Festival in Denver CO.  Clear Shell/Grey liner C 30 in black ink.  Crude fold lines, glossy thick card stock.  Some in half black cases.  
2nd "pressing" - 25 copies - Black shell CrO2 cassette w yellow leader.  covers printed on 4" x 6" photo paper, blurred text 
3rd "pressing" - 25 copies - Clear shell w dark grey inserts CrO2 cassette w clear leader.  covers printed on 4" x 6" photo paper, blurred text
