CONFINED RECORDS Repress - Photocopied cover on various random colors of paper (red, green, white, blue, etc.):

Liner notes explain this is a repress, limited to 500. 
#1-150 on red vinyl, #151-500 on black vinyl.

The record's center labels still say Lake Effect Records as the same plant was used for pressing the vinyl.
