Notes:

Approximately 550 copies of this record were pressed to be sold on the Forward / Long Knife North American Tour 2014 (U.S. and Canada). It was intended to be 500 but there were some overrun that were pressed.

All copies came with the standard black cover with white print that were hand numbered out of 500.

Slightly more than 400 copies came with only the standard black cover and were on black vinyl (this version).

Slightly more than 100 copies came on gold vinyl with an extra white cover that was hand numbered out of 100.

40 test presses were made that came with an extra gold cover that looks exactly like the white cover except for the color. They also came with an OBI strip that was hand numbered out of 40. These did not have the standard printed center labels on the records. They had white labels that were hand stamped and numbered out of 40 as well.

The Forward tracks were recorded on September 4th in 2013.

The Long Knife tracks were tracked and mixed July 7th through July 9th in 2014.
